Refund policy
FOR ORDERS WITH INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES: We cannot offer a refund for an order that was unable to be delivered if you did not provide us with your full address (including apartment number if applicable).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 30 days to contact us and request a replacement if your order arrives damaged, stolen, or defective.
Modification to orders
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Note that all orders that has been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
